- Trailer must be returned in the exact condition that it was received in. If you take it to Burning Man it must be cleaned inside and out, also the under carriage must be cleaned of all sand & debris
- Renter will be responsible for any tire damage or replacement. This will either be paid by the renter before the trip ends or taken out of the deposit.

Susie and Dahorl are lovely people to rent a RV from. We had great communication leading up to the rental and pick-up was easy. I would thouroughly recommend booking with them in the future. The RV is great, has everything you need. The rooftop solar is particularly helpful so you don't need to switch on a generator all the time.

We had the pleasure of hosting Tom and his wife in our travel trailer, and they were absolutely wonderful guests! They were friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout their stay. They took great care of our trailer aside from the hiccup with piston/jack which can be repaired.
We had the trailer delivered to our campsite, Dahorl arrived on time for delivery and pick up. The setup went smoothly and he explained various aspects of the unit. We did bring our own cookware and some other items which we expected. Susie’s trailer is as described and was comfortable.

Had some trouble with the water system (full hookup) but they responded quickly. Air conditioner worked well even on the hottest days!
