- Return Condition & Fees: No cleaning or dump fees if RV is returned clean and dumped as received. Cleaning $100/hr, dump $195, late returns $65/hr.
- Use Restrictions: No smoking/vaping, pets, roof access, or off-pavement use. Pet traces $300. Sewer clogs repaired at renter’s expense.
- Care & Maintenance: Check generator oil every 6 hrs of use and engine fluids/tire PSI at each fuel fill-up.
- Damage & Insurance: Renter is responsible for all damage during rental. Insurance deductible is $5,000.
- Tracking & Disputes: RV has GPS. Tracking may activate if not returned within 72 hrs. Disputes go to AAA mediation, then arbitration; costs split equally.
