- To keep the trailer in pristine condition for families and kids, we do not allow Burning Man or festival rentals. We focus on traditional camping to ensure a clean, high-quality environment for all.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the trailer. If any odors are detected upon return, a professional deep-cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit to protect our family guests.
- Awnings are expensive! They must be retracted during any wind, rain, and when leaving the campsite. Damage to the awning is the renter's responsibility and often exceeds the security deposit.
- The RV must be returned with black and grey tanks fully emptied. A $150 "dump fee" will apply if the tanks are not cleared. Please use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided).
