Brandon was very communicative during booking. His family got the trailer ready for departure before we arrived. The trailer was clean both inside and outside. It came with all the beddings and cookware. Brandon showed all the features and functions and helped connect it to my car. The trailer was very easy to tow. Kids enjoyed cozy nights in it.
