When we showed up the battery was dead, camper was dirty with dirty dishes left in the outside kitchen. Hoping I get my cleaning fee back since it’s cleaner now than when we got it.. plus the battery is charged back up..
You booked it for 11 and you picked it up at 8am no charge. The camper was clean inside. A dish left outside was not a 3 star rating

Wonderful experience. Crystals was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with snacks for the kids. Everything worked as it should and we had no problems. Would highly recommend and we will rent again without question.
