This rental was a great experience from start to finish! Jared was very responsive to my questions and was very easy to work with. I paid for the delivery service and Jared and his brother delivered and set up the trailer at the Texas Ren Faire in what seemed record time. The trailer was exactly as advertised and had all the amenities needed to make our weekend at the Faire a perfect success.
Worst RV Rental Experience — Faulty Equipment & Zero Accountability
We had the worst experience ever with this RV rental. From day one, the hose provided was faulty — we immediately reported a leak from the gray tank, which was constantly open. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner instructed us to shut off the gray tank, if we don't want the constant leak.
Most difficult renter to date! She booked the camper with the added delivery, location was 1.5 hrs away. Upon delivery I set up the camper and attempted the walk through, she kept reassuring me that she had rented many campers. 2 days in she contacts me about a sewer hose leaking, I assured her it wasn't a big deal and offered multiple ways to resolve the issue while compensating her for her time.
This is by far the best rental ever. The RV was clean, ready to go, he provided all the hookup, great instruction and worked with me on pick and delivery times. Will rent again.
We had a great trip. Super easy and communication was great with the owner! Will be renting again!
