- No smoking of any kind including vaping inside the camper. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit
- No pets allowed. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit
- You will receive a clean camper & are expected to leave a clean camper. We provide all of the cleaning product as well.
- Leave the awning closed if there is high wind. If you are not at the camper, close the Awning in to avoid damage. The number one insurance claim for RVs is awning damage from wind and or rain.
- No food or drinks allowed in Bedroom or Bunkroom. If there are any signs of food and drinks in either of those rooms (behind cushions or under beds), an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

David's RV was so clean, I thought a squirrel might have just cleaned it with a tiny vacuum cleaner. David was like a genie granting all our wishes, providing everything from pots and pans to enough blankets to hibernate for a year and he even took care of connecting the hoses and disconnecting. Can I say Godsend?
I can recommend David's service and his RV. Very professionally delivered and set up for us. On time delivering and picking up. RV is immaculately looked after. Was a wonderful experience!!
