- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Must use Provided toilet paper or use RV specific toilet paper. Violations will be subject to loss of entire deposit.
- Renters must perform walk-through with owner upon delivery/pick-up and return to inspect for damage. Previous damage must be noted in writing and signed by renters prior to taking receipt of trailer.
- You must clean, wipe down surfaces, take out trash and vacuum with provided equipment prior to return.
- If you are in a campsite with full hookups, please hookup and use the black/gray drain. If you are dry camping, we will take care of emptying the blank and gray water tanks for you!
