Booking the unit was a breeze. Our trip was a bit of a nightmare. We experienced a broken AC - it happens, we have owned several RVs. The owner offered to bring another unit out, which was appreciated. However, the unit (despite having a generator) was not on in transit. It arrived around 1PM the next day, meaning it didn’t cool until we went to sleep that night.
