What a fantastic trip, in large part due to Jay and his team. He walked us through the rental process, answered every question we had, had the RV set up when we arrived, communicated with us promptly…sometimes within minutes, and made the check-out process clear and easy. In my business, the highest rating we can give someone is “Achieved Excellence”.
I hope this review helps future campers.
1. Leveling was about 4 inches off. Everything was rolling down the toward the bathroom. And we felt like we were pulling ourselves up in bed all night.
(we did ask permission from owner before leveling, trying to save them a trip back out to camp)
2. The sewer was not hooked up for us, we had to hook up ourselves
3. Sink backed up that night.
