Delivery was easy and trouble free. The RV had substantial issues. Somehow, the unit was delivered with a nearly-full gray water tank as water was backed up in the shower and sinks after one shower on the first day of our three day trip. The owner did attempt to have it emptied, but it never happened.
Trailer was functional and most of the amenities were present. Several items were missing including
1. Almost no bedding (1ea single top sheet and 1ea fitted queen sheet + 7 pillow cases for 7 beds.)
2. No coffee pot
3. No functional battery, was told it should last 2-3 days w/o charging, didn't last 10 minutes, then it did not hold any charge. Informed Hector on first day and was not remedied.
Hector was amazing to rent from. Opted for him to drop at campsite. He was on time and very thorough in his walk through with us. He checked on us multiple times through the weekend especially after bad storms came through the area. Will definitely be renting with him again!
Hector was really easy to work with. Responds quick and very understanding. 10/10 The RV was clean in new condition and stocked with everything we forgot to bring plus more. Looking forward to renting again.
