This is a personal use camper, we still enjoy. It sleeps up to 6. It will include linens and pillows. Included also, utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, griddle and some pots and pans. Small tv Included, we don't watch much TV when camping. Delivery and setup available for additional fees. Also optional pellet grill, outside tables, chairs and generators. Water tank and gas tanks will be full
