Owners are very nice and accommodating. Flexible with pick up and drop off times. Definitely would recommend for rental.

All surfaces of our unit are sanitized after EVERY rental. Our unit comes with a weatherproof, outdoor rug big enough for 2 chairs (included for your enjoyment) that wrap you in comfort out doors. Also a grill for your outdoor cooking!
