- *PLEASE bring in awning during bad weather: heavy rain, wind. Failure to do so could result in damage to awning and loss of deposit. The awning is the most likely cause of an insurance claim.
- * NO smoking allowed at all. Any smoking smells/damage will result in a fee and be deducted from your security deposit. As pets are allowed- damages will be deducted from deposit. NO CATS or LG dogs
- *DO NOT flush anything besides toilet paper- clogged tanks will result in additional fees! Campsites without sewer at site will require additional $50 offsite dump fee.
- * Renter will be responsible for all damages. Renter will be responsible to ensure that the campsite is large enough to fit a 38' foot camper with 3 slides & w/50amp power for full use of features.
- * At the end of stay renter is required to complete general cleaning: disposal of all food and trash, sweep floors and take personal belongings with you. Not cleaning can result in fees up to $200.

We rented this camper for a long weekend stay. Amber responded quickly to every question we had. She was extremely easy to work with and the camper was perfect.
