- • No Smoking - No Smoking or drug use is allowed in-vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee
- • Tickets, Tolls, etc. - You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- • Speed - GPS is installed be aware that going over 65MPH is strictly monitored. The first incident will be your only warning text. Each subsequent incident is a $30 garnishment out of your deposit.
- RV is not allowed to go off Road and must stay on black top. No Festivals or Concerts of any kind and are off limits. If these rules are not followed your deposit will be forfeited.
- Fuel & Cleaning and dumping fees - Must be returned with the same amount of cleanliness, fuel, depth fluids, and propane levels as it had at the time the renter received vehicle otherwise fee's apply.
We will charge cleaning fee's if the vehicle does not come back as we expect it to and as clean as when you picked it up from us. Please make sure to just treat it as your own and wash and clean up as you would your own stuff and you won't be charged any extra cleaning fee's. We...
