Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- If the rv is not returned with the black and gray tank empty there is a mandatory $100 fee. Nearby Love's Travel Stops may have dumps and non-potable water for flushing waste tanks.
- If the RV is not returned with a full tank of fuel, a $50 fee will be applied, plus the cost of the fuel needed to refill it. Receipts for the fuel will be provided to the customer.
- Late returns will incur $75/hour fee beyond the scheduled time. I appreciate clear communication in advance and will do my best to accommodate, but late fees may still apply if needed.
- Smoking, unauthorized pets, or excessive cleaning required due to failure to follow cleanliness guidelines will each result in a $200 fee.
- Propane must be returned full. If not, a refill fee of $150 will be charged, covering propane cost and refill service.
