The trailer is actually 30 ft long. It has a single bunk with a full on the bottom. The couch and the table can also be used as a bed.
I can supply the linens or you can. All linens will be cleaned and bagged. You can use what you need and leave the rest bagged.
There is a smart TV in the living area and the bedroom. There is a DVD player and some kids movies.

We live in a very central location. It is about 20 miles from Traverse City and 20 miles from Frankfort. Very close to many attractions. We are retired from our long term jobs and are working on developing a campground on the property where we live. We are hoping to open in 2025. When we open we will have some RV's available to rent onsite.
