Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the trailer. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $250 Smoking Fee.
- RV must be returned in the similar clean appearance as it was taken. If trailer returns excessively dirty there will be a $250 cleaning Fee.
- Pets are allowed in the RV for an additional fee. Renter must inform us prior to departure. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture. Evidence of pets on furniture will result in a $100 Fee.

This could not have been a better experience! Right from the start Cynthia was quick at answering questions! Being new to the idea of a trailer she was so informative and helpful- we actually had it delivered to our campsite which worked perfectly for us. The timing for both drop off and pick up was seamless. The trailer itself was so clean and the great size!

Cynthia and Jesus made renting their trailer super easy! We ended up getting a late start , but they were super responsive and made the entire process super easy. The trailer was clean and well prepared for us to use, and met all of our expectations. We used the trailer as an extra bedroom for three of us and could have handled two more people if needed!
