Rental Rules

- Please treat our camper as your own Cleaning fee for camper being returned not in the same shape or condition during departure, or any items/amenities used not cleaned or stowed. $50 up to $300.
- All pay by plate toll invoices received will result in a $75 dollar admin fee for 1 or more billed yo us. Plus %25 markup on invoice. If you pay this fee doesn't apply.
- using the Awning and Slideout is at the renters discretion, however you are responsible for any and all damages. retract awning for wind/rain/weather
- Renter will not exceed 65mph for an extended period. 70mph and over will result in a fee of at least $250 up to $500 depending on circumstances.
- You are responsible for all items while in use and are responsible to dump waste tanks and flush before return. $125 fee if not completed upon return unless agreed to pay dump fee in advanced.

Jeff is a great host. You can reach him easily. He explains how to set the camper up fully. The camper is great bc I could tow it with my ram 1500 v8 tow capacity 8000 lbs. I love this camper bc it had a slide out and could sleep plenty of people. Camper has the basics but remember it is camping so make a checklist of what's on the camper and what you need.
Upon drop off The RV was completely filthy, Dog hair everywhere urine in the bathroom and stained fridge. The owner communicates well, but never references prior information that was given about drop off or pick up Then plays dumb like he never knew anything. Extremely disappointed with our experience
I am sorry about your experience. I would like to point out I kept open communication the entire time, it was an hour before the scheduled drop off time that I was supposed to deliver the unit to your destination that I was told you mixed up the dates and it was supposed to be the next day which I changed plans to accommodate for.
Jeff was so easy to work with and had great communication with us leading up to the trip. Would definitely rent from him again!! Best family vacation and a great experience.

The owner just leavers as is, not clean well for me
I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the camper. Please keeping mind, we were setting up at the campsite during inclimate weather. It can be a lot of in-and- out during this process. Thank you for your review! I will keep this in mind in mind for future rentals.
