Everything was great! Kyle was very easy to work with and exceptionally responsive. Anytime I needed answers to questions, he answered within minutes. Our trip went very smoothly and the vehicle drove great. Highly recommended
Kyle is a great and friendly person while being quite business-oriented. He was always quick with responses and even provided us with some additional tools and add-ons required for our week-long journey. We arrived late but he still was able to spend time with us over the phone and address all the questions we had. Definitely recommended to rent from him!
Kyle was really helpful and very responsive and helpful prior to picking up the RV. We had a few little hiccups with the van but Kyle was super helpful, responded immediatley and tried to find a solution or help as soon as he could. Van was great and nice and roomy with the pop outs.
We had a great time on our National Parks tour! The RV drove really well and was perfect for what our family of 5 needed, both on- and off-grid. Kyle picked us up from the airport and took the time to walk us through everything. Throughout our 10-day rental, he was flexible and accommodating, and always available to answer the few questions that came up along the way.
Kyle and Lindsay were terrific RVshare hosts. They were quick to respond to our initial requests and continued to provide details and answers to many of our questions prior to our pick-up date. Since this was our first time driving and renting an RV, we had lots of questions.
Jim, we are so grateful that you had a fantastic experience with our motorhome! You were awesome to work with and we greatly appreciate the efforts you took to take care of the motorhome for your festival in the desert, windy, and dusty environment. Also, we are now included a DEF, or Diesel Emissions Fuel fluid, kit and instructing on how to do it for any of our rentals.
