Great experience. Communication was great for drop off and pick up. Everything worked as expected, and the on-board generator was a nice surprise, and handy, for our trip. (Ran quiet too). Hope this unit is still avail next year for our annual trip.

We recently rented Ross’s Toy Hauler for a couple of days, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly set up and organized. Ross had gone above and beyond by providing us with two free kayaks and two paddle boards, which were ready to use. The outdoor rug was laid out perfectly, creating a cozy and inviting space.
