Ben was very friendly, showed us around and was quick to respond to any texts we sent with questions.
He even backed the trailer down a tight driveway to drop it off.
Only reason this experience wasn’t 5 star was the trailer door wouldn’t close from the inside and was held closed by a bungee cord- this made us feel unsafe when we stoped at rest stops or camping in bear country.
This was a great experience from start to finish! Benjamin was very helpful! This RV made camping so much more comfortable.
The trailer served its purpose. We were out deer hunting. It kept us warm and dry. It provided the opportunity to clean up after being out all day walking around. Benjamin was very pleasant to work with.
This was my first time renting an RV and overall the experience went well. Benjamin communicated very effectively and the overall rental went smoothly. The RV itself had a couple of minor issues. Primarily the door was very difficult to close especially if the stairs were out.
Benjamin was very helpful and accommodating. The RV met our needs.
Benjamin was great to work with, i would definitely rent from him again. We loved the Rv.
