- Clean interior prior to returning. Used towels & linens placed in bag near door. Trash & food removed, all surfaces wiped down, floor swept and mopped.
- NO FESTIVALS ALLOWED or entire deposit will be forefeit and renter will be held responsible for any remediation charges deemed necessary by owner, including cleaning & damages & festival fee charge.
- Gas & propane topped off prior to return
- Do NOT take camper van through car wash. It will damage the van and pop top tent. Entire security deposit will be voided & additional charges may apply.
- Must have a backup spotter anytime backing van up to avoid collision.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicated perfectly. The small RV was perfect for our week long golf and fishing trip. Highly recommend!
