Very easy process from delivery through pick up.
We recently rented this trailer and unfortunately encountered a few significant issues. The water hookup wasn’t functional due to an internal problem, which meant we had to rely on the trailer’s water tank—and that ran out within a day. Additionally, the refrigerator never cooled properly, making it unusable for storing food.
Overall a great experience!! spencer made sure that I was well-prepared and explained everything very well. I had a question mid-rental and he did not hesitate to answer my call. I would rent again from 916 RV Rentals!
We were definitely happy renting an RV from Spencer. He dropped off the RV to our campsite, hooked everything up and walked us through all the amenities and showed us all the switches so that we would be comfortable borrowing it for the weekend. Spencer is also very quick to respond when you ask questions either through the RVshare app or text.
