I have rent several campers over the year but this is the worst one ever. This own gave me a camper with no working hot water, the a/c is a window unit for a house and not sealed right so it wouldn't cool. Then the smell from the beginning the delivery guy said the renter before us didn't dump the waste but I think the owner is responsible for making sure it's clean and ready for next rent.
It’s was last minute reservation . And we brought RV the last minute with fresh bedding and super clean RV . You accepted Rv when it’s was delivered with no complains. You left RV abandoned and never brought back to us.
RV left like a trash . I have all photos before and after.
This was a great experience, camper was everything and more on the listing , Maryanna was easy to deal with, was always in communication with me and responded quickly with answers when I had questions. She was flexible with our plans. I will continue to do business with her. Thank you again
