The only good thing about this RV is that the AC works great. Extremely small. There was an issue with a sewer smell from the toilet. Not enough chemicals were put in the tank. The queen size bed was not accessible without using a step stool. The mattress was so soft, that you sank into the bed making it extremely difficult to turn over or get out of the bed.
Barbara, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your experience. Most renters love this unit and I have gotten many compliments on the comfort of the queen bed. The pictures and description on my listing accurately reflect the details of the unit. Operating off the tanks with no sewer hook up can sometimes result in a bit of smell when flushing the toilet. Tank treatment was provided.
Heather was awesome to work with and the palomino was just as we expected. Fast response to all our questions a d even brought out some extra items to help our stay. I would definitely rent again with her.
