- Absolutely NO SMOKING. Deposit will be forfeited or $750 fee if smoke is noticed in unit upon return. Tank dump fee if $75 for all rentals that do not have sewer hookups at RV site. NOT NEGOTIABLE
- Clean up after yourself! Cleaning fee STARTS at $300 for us cleaning up after you! We are not looking to charge a cleaning fee but we have it set high to help motivate renters to clean up their mess.
- This is a DELIVERY ONLY UNIT. We do NOT allow renters to pull it... Clearance needed to get this unit to location is minimum of 14'0". Make sure private destinations have sufficient clearance.
- YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE THERE FOR DROP OFF & PICKUP OF UNIT. This is to insure the renter is fully familiar with the unit, expectations and locations of need to know items. $100 for missing either...
- Animals NOT disclosed. $250 fee (per animal) if found to have had an animal in the unit that isn't pre approved. Your animal cannot exceed 25lbs max and not more than 2 animals during stay.

This RV had everything we needed! My family rented this RV for a week and absolutely loved it! It’s very spacious and comfortable and has everything you could need for a long trip. Terrance was very responsive and helpful. He was very quick to respond and would answer any questions we had right away. I would definitely rent from Terrance again.
This was our absolute best RV rental experience to date! Terrence’s RV came equipped with very nice accommodations, amenities and everything was just ready for us to enjoy. We are looking forward to our next rental with Terrence!
