Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely NO SMOKING. Deposit will be forfeited if smoke is noticed in unit upon return
- Clean up after yourself! Cleaning fee STARTS at $500 for us cleaning up after you! We are not looking to charge a cleaning fee but we have it set high to help motivate renters to clean up their mess.
- This is a DELIVERY ONLY UNIT. We do NOT allow renters to pull this yourself.
- Clearance needed to get this unit to location is minimum of 14'0". If renting for a private destination other than a actual functional RV park or state park insure there are no clearance issues.
- Rv delivery drop and pickup times are set to 10am to 2pm times only. If you are requesting a delivery pickup or drop off after 2pm there will be a flat charge of $150 additional.
WE ONLY OFFER DELIVERY AND WILL NOT ALLOW RENTERS TO PULL THE UNIT.
