Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Any smoking indoors or near the unit of ANY kind of substance will forfeit the entire security deposit. Drugs and vaping are prohibited.
- A $50.00 per 1/2 hour charge will be implemented for every 1/2 hour that the renter fails to show to meet for drop off/pick up at the camp location after agreed upon meeting time.
- Pets should not be left alone inside the rental unless in a kennel. Any pet damage beyond the initial pet charge will be charged to your security deposit. If we see any evidence that a pet was in the

Everything was perfect. Both Jennifer and her husband could not have been nicer, and the trailer was so nice and had everything we needed, along with some extras (coffee, etc.) We will definitely rent from them again.
We had such a wonderful experience renting from Jennifer from start to finish. Communication was seemless, pickup was very easy and smooth, Jennifer and her husband walked us through all the basics and answered our questions. Our stay was great and appreciated all the extra touches to make the weekend better - chairs, tables, necessities for cooking, etc. Highly recommend renting from Jennifer!
