Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- - No smoking or vaping (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) - If the unit is returned with smoke of any kind, the entire deposit will be forfeited as well as an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- RV-rated toilet paper is provided and should be used exclusively in the camper. We also require all waste stains to be removed from the toilet. We hate to be nitpicky but, it’s gross.
- Please ensure dishes are washed and put away, remove all linens, and place them in the collapsible hamper. Return our camper with all your belongings (including refrigerated items) and trash removed.
- The propane tanks must be returned full. If not, a $50/tank charge will be added at the end of your trip.
- Please do not flush anything but TP. Kleenex, sanitary products, diapers, and wipes can cause huge tank problems. A $250 fine will be assessed if we discover any foreign materials.

Julie and Kris were amazing hosts! The camper was beautiful, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed, even items we wouldn’t have thought of (and we’re a very active camping family!). They were super flexible with our last-minute time changes and even left us a thoughtful gift to use during our trip. Great communication and truly went above and beyond.
The camper and Julie were outstanding! They dropped the trailer off and picked it up which was super convenient since we don’t own a truck. The camper was clean and very accommodating for our family of 5. Bed was very comfortable and the kids loved the bunkhouse area with separate bathroom. Would definitely rent from Julie again we had a great trip!
