- If you are staying at a location that requires vehicle passes/fees to enter the premise you are responsible for the cost of entry to get our tow vehicle in to deliver AND remove the RV.
- Renters are responsible for ensuring proper, safe power source. Our RV is equipped with power safety modules and if the power supply is “dirty” or unstable the RV will not power up.
- If you are not on a “full hookup” site and you use all the fresh water it is your responsibility to acquire more water. The RV holds 70 gallons
- Fresh water tank will be full when setup unless you have full service site. Waste water will be emptied after your rental ends unless the tanks fill beforehand.
- Any waste water dumping needed during the stay is the responsibility of the renter. We have a tote tank available for use for a small fee.
