Nick accused us of damaging things that were already broke. And I saw an email from the adjuster where Nick says, "I've had a rough summer as your name continues to pop up in my inbox!" If you rent from Nick, he will put a claim on you next.
When we picked up the RV he showed us the prior damage to the slide and he admitted that the magnet was missing from the drawer that wouldn't close.
The RV was exactly as advertised and the experience was very smooth. Not a single issue to report. The owner was flexible with our requests.
Nick was easy to work with in planning our trip and pick of the RV. He gave a thorough walk-thru and explanation of everything we needed to know for a successful trip. The RV has pretty much everything you would need and much more than listed (linens, cooking pots and pans, condiments, coffee maker, blackstone etc).
This was my first time using this process and driving an RV. Nick made it really easy. I was also able to familiarize with the vehicle ahead of time. The RV is new and easy to drive. We did a road trip with some friends, so five traveling, and then two of us actually stayed in the RV.
I would definitely rent this vehicle again!
