- This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Any evidence of smoking inside camper will automatically forfeit your deposit.
- Sewage must be dumped by renter or will result in a $150 fee. You can “add on” this option for owner to do.
- $100 fee for lost keys and/or remotes
- Unit must be returned in condition issued. Please wash dishes, empty garbage, clean bathroom & fridge & sweep. Bleating supplies, broom/dustpan available for use.

This was our 2nd time renting from Chase and family. We were just as impressed this time as we were the first time around. They were so easy to work with, super responsive and very accommodating with the pick up and return schedule. The RV was clean and well stocked. I absolutely loved the gift basket. We will definitely be a renting from them again.
