Our rental was delivered to our site by the owner I presume. While the trailer was very comfortable to sit around and relax inside with great AC, when it's time to lay down to sleep, the mattress is only a very thin pad that the Mfg. installs, not a household mattress. It felt like we were sleeping the plywood board under the pad.
Great to work with. We had one question while on our trip, we were able to get a hold of them right away. Highly recommend renting from them.
Austin was very communicative throughout the entire process. When we picked up the trailer he allowed us to use his weight distribution hitch which really helped! He gave e a good run down of the trailer and how to use/operate everything. We did have a slight issue with the fridge but he drove out to my house after o picked it up and assisted getting the fridge working.
