- All Grey and Black Water Tanks must be emptied prior to return or there will be a $75 fee
- General cleanup of the RV must be done before return of there will be a $50 fee assessed.
- Gas tank and propane tank must be refilled prior to return or there will be a charge for the amount gas/propane that is put in it.
