James was great. We actually were having engine issues with our truck as we were pulling up to his house and our whole trip was in jeopardy. He jumped into action and helped us with his personal tools to get the problem fixed and saved our family camping trip. RV was great, James was great, trip was great. We rented this RV to use as extra sleeping quarters for our family that was visiting for Christmas. James was prompt to respond to our initial request and stayed in communication throughout the process. He delivered the RV to my home, set it up and went through the operating process.
