Arms distance transaction. Rental company (not private owner) stopped responding to communication attempts after day of booking until day before pick up. Generator was not provided as stated in trailer description, which put us into frantic mode night before pick up as we clearly communicated at time of booking that this was a must for our 4 nights of dry camping.
