- Damages - all damages must be reported to us with picture as soon as they happen.
- Gas + propane - both tanks must be refilled to FULL level prior to returning. Otherwise there is $100 propane refill fee and $350 gas refill fee.
- Black and gray tanks must be emptied (look inside the pipes to make sure there is no poop pyramid). Otherwise, the dumping fee is $100.

Laura was so good to work with… I hesitate to pump it up too much because selfishly I want her RV available for me more in the future. :) The rig was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and even though we did have a problem with a sink- something that wasn’t her fault - she was super quick to respond and get us help. Thanks Laura, we will be using this again!
