Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter must empty cassette toilet waste prior to return. A $200 fee applies for failure to empty toilet waste prior to drop off. This fee does not apply if renter purchases toilet fee upgrade
- Renter must return rental with full tank of diesel fuel. There is a $200 minimum fee for failure to fill up fuel tank with diesel fuel to full level, not include cost of fuel to fill up tank.
- Driving on unpaved roads beyond the capability of rental unit is prohibited. Any damages incurred from incorrect use of rental unit will be at full liability of renter.
- Travel and camping for Burning Man is strictly prohibited.
