Unfortunatedly, I do not recommend Chateau RV/ We have 2 incidents: one of them was totally our mistake and we completly agree to pay all repairs.
But, the 2nd claim was asked by the owner. It was a scratch in the fridge door because with the movement of the RV, the mirror cabinet jump off and hit the door fridge making a deep scratch on it.
We rented the RV to travel to Disneyland, and it was perfect for us. Kim was quick to respond to any and all messages, and super accommodating. RV is as listed and described, really clean and nice inside.
Kimberly is a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed the RV experience. She even decorated the RV for my son's bday at a very reasonable remuneration for her time and effort. However, the interiors of the RV were fragile. The drawers would open easily during minor turns/bumps, the vent knob fell on the floor hundred times. The dining table frame was extremely loose and fragile.
Everything was great! Kimberly was easy to work with. Perfect RV for a trip for out family of 5. Would definitely recommend.
