The whole experience of renting a rv was smooth and enjoyable
this was my first time renting a rv and it was a great experience from the start. the rv was clean and fully stocked. communication was excellent! can't wait to do it again! thank you!
William was EXCELLENT. He was communicative and available when the site lost power to answer my questions. Pick up and drop off were super smooth. We stayed at Keuka Lake State Park and Bill had the RV set up in about 15 minutes. The RV was very clean and everything was functional.
Thank you for the rental and it was a pleasure to meet you and your family. i was happy to hear that NYSEG took care of the power outage quickly, and the RV functioned as it should in these situations. I apologize if there was an odor i was not aware of that as we dump and clean the tank after each usage, and add new chemical to the system.

William was great, communication was well. Went over everything clearly and was on time with delivery. Had a small issue with water tank but he fixed it upon arrival and even offered another trailer if we wanted. The experience was good for our first time renting and rv for camping . Would definitely use him again and refer to our friends as well.
