- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking in the unit. any detection of smoke will require a 250.00 cleaning fee.
- Pet Friendly. Please note there is a 25.00 onetime fee per pet with a max of 2 total. DOGS only.
- Not available for concerts or large scale music festivals.
- If towing, tow vehicle and driver must be present at time of pick up or residential delivery. Towing test drive required.
- For delivery rentals of 7 nights or more, except for holidays delivery may be 50% off and use of a gas grill is complimentary (when available).
We welcome "boon-dock" camping. If a generator is desired for your rental we will provide one for you. The rental rate on the generator is 50.00 each night (includes a full tank of gas). NON ETHANOL GASOLINE ONLY PLEASE! WE DON'T ALLOW PERSONALLY OWNED GENERATORS.
