- Minimum renter age of 28
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking - Smoking inside the RV is not permitted. Any indication of smoking will result in a charge of 250.00 which will be withheld from the security deposit.
- For Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor day Weekends a minimum of three rental nights is required.
- Festivals and concert rentals will be considered. Additional information may be requested at the time of booking.
- At the time of turning the RV over to the renter The lead renter must be present, provide a photo Gov't ID and sign a copy of the Supplemental Renters Agreement.
- Up to 2 pets (dogs only) are welcome. There is a 25.00 charge for each dog accompanying renters.
Generator - we welcome boon-dock/dry camping. Portable generator power is available at 50.00 per night. Rental includes a full tank of fuel. ONLY NON-ETHANOL GASOLINE PERMITTED. If requested the generator fee will be added to your final quote. We do not allow the use of personal ...
