- Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING in (or near when windows/doors are open) the RV. Doing so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, this is non-negotiable.
- Towing a vehicle must be pre-approved and there is an additional fee of 0.25/mile to do so. The hitch will be locked unless agreed upon by owner.
- Climbing on the exterior ladder and/or roof is strictly prohibited.
- Requests for refunds will only be reviewed if the owner was contacted immediately following an incident and given an opportunity to remedy said situation within 24 hours.
- To extend the life and enjoyment of our RV please be mindful of our RV and property. No rough housing/jumping (floors are sensitive in RVs). No destructive animals-must be house trained.
