This was the first time I had rented an RV trailer and the experience was exceptional with Artem. He answered my questions prior to booking and delivered / setup the RV for our use as agreed. He walked me through all the system and had brought extra linens and blankets for us. The RV was pristine and everything worked. Artem also timely picked it up at the end of the rental.
