  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking allowed
  • No vaping allowed
  • The trailer must be clean at the time of pick up. If additional cleaning is required a fee of $200 will be taken out of the deductible.
  • No baby wipes, feminine products, or regular toilet paper should ever be flushed. There will be plenty of RV toilet paper provided
  • Renter is 100% responsible for the power awning. Must be put in every night, on windy days and when you are not with the unit.
  • Review and complete all post trip check out procedures. (In Unit)
