Paulo was great to rent from. He was very responsive when we had questions before and during rental and accommodated both our early arrival and later in the day return. The 23-foot long RV was perfect for the two of us and made it possible for us to park anywhere. We would definitely rent from Paulo again in the future.
I cannot recommend working with Paolo enough. I was a first time RV user and he was exceptionally communicative and kind any time I sent him a message with lot's of questions. The RV was perfect. Well-maintained and very cute. This really was the perfect little RV for my wife and I and we're thankful for cool people like Paolo that share their time and effort to make sure our time was successful.
Paulo was great with communication from the initial reservation until the last day of the rental. The RV was a perfect fit for a family of 4 (2 adults and 10 & 12 year old). The RV had a trendy boho feel to it, but also was rugged enough to transport us all throughout GTNP and Yellowstone. If you’re looking for a family RV trip this will be perfect for you!
This RV was awesome and perfect for our family. We loved the space and cuteness of the rental and had a great time.
There were a couple of things due to it being a used RV that weren’t perfect, we couldn’t get the hot water to ever work right so the shower wasn’t very accessible. But otherwise it was a great experience and the communication was easy and kind.

I’m sad you couldn’t make the hot work. As I said in the check in that you could reach me out any time if you had an issue. If I knew it during your trip I definitely would help you to make it work. Sometimes the hot water can be little trick when it is your first trip with one.
