- ARB awning must be staked down - low easy wind will easily damage this expensive item.
- All trash must be disposed of prior to drop off.
- Vomiting inside the trailer will result in the $500 damage deposit to be given to the owner as this type of clean up is very expensive and time consuming.
- Any additional item rented (bikes, chairs, fire pit, coolers, etc) that are lost/stolen will be require to be replaced at current market cost by the renter.
