Steven was great to work with! This is our 2nd time renting from him because of his excellent service and flexibility. This RV was great! We loved the big shower with the instant hot water heater. The size was great! Steven made himself available by phone and text anytime during our trip, which was really reassuring.
Steven was fantastic! Literally, there is nothing that I would have him change. They even have a little booklet with all of the operations of the trailer so any questions are immediately available for answers. Super clean trailer and this response and communication are out of this world! Do NOT hesitate to use him for your next adventure but hurry, his trailer is booking quickly.
Steven was really great to work with.. had a minor issue nothing to crazy and he made good with it.. would definitely rent from him again.
During a 4-day dry camping trip, we ran into unexpected and unforeseeable issues with water pressure. Steve was very quick to respond and help us. The problem never surfaced previously, due to other renters having full water hookups and only came up because we were dry camping. Steve went above and beyond trying to help fix it.
Steven was great to work with and we really enjoyed the camper. We would rent again!
We enjoyed working with Steven! He was very responsive and accommodating with our delivery and departure times. The trailer was totally prepped, very clean. The bed was so comfortable! The trailer was larger than we needed, but we really enjoyed the spaciousness. We would be happy to rent from him again!
