I wouldn’t rent an RV from anyone else. Robert was extremely helpful and ran us through everything before we left. He also has the RV loaded with everything you could need or want. Made our trip extremely enjoyable. Great AC and comfortable sleeping! 5 stars across the board.
We were thoroughly pleased with our rental. Communication was excellent before our trip with questions and help being answered promptly. On our trip we had a question about something and he was readily available.
Provided all the things we needed and met us with the RV at a convenient location as we were flying in from out of town.
Big J was perfect for our family of 7! It was immaculate when we got it, everything was as listed, and they even provided us with bedding and towels since we traveled from out of state. We appreciated the communication and flexibility with delivery and pickup. Robert went above and beyond to assist us throughout the trip!

This is the second time we’ve rented this RV and we loved it! It was very clean and well stocked. The layout is perfect for us with 2 kids. Robert was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We certainly recommend renting this RV.
