We just returned from a great adventure with Carmen! Spenser and Janet were excellent partners from the beginning as we planned our camping trip around Northern California. It is easy to pick up the vehicle from SFO, and Carmen is great to drive and live in. Spenser walked us through all of the vehicle operation and maintenance, and the size is perfect for boondocking and managing switchbacks.
Wonderful van with everything you need and a perfect size for going where normal vehicles can but having proper RV comforts (including a flushing toilet!). Spencer is great too - really helpful and accommodating when our schedule had some hiccups. All the stars!
We spent an amazing week in Carmen exploring the California coast. The vehicle was spotless. Linens and towels were included. Dishes, pots and pans had everything we needed. Spenser was super friendly and very quick to respond to any of our questions. We are already planning our next adventure in Carmen!
